DELIVERY
We are offering nationwide delivery with a trusted delivery company/ private courier or we will personally deliver the piece if it's close to our location. If we need to deliver the piece with the courier, your contact details will be passed to the driver to keep touch for an accurate delivery date. Estimated delivery 1-2 weeks, and the cost is £55 to most locations in the UK, please get in touch for delivery quote to Scotland, Wales, Ireland, Cornwall, Devon & islands 🌊
RETURN & REFUND
Returns: No returns of exchanges on customised goods.
Customised furniture is not a subject to refund.
The design will be discussed and agreed with the customer before starting the project. Pictures and videos will be provided along the process and with the final result, to ensure customer's satisfaction.
